1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wowwinph platform at wowwinph.vu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered on wowwinph, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and any promotional activities. They apply to all access methods – web browser and the wowwinph mobile app on Android and iOS.

wowwinph reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must meet the following requirements to use wowwinph:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• You must be located in the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to use the platform
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from wowwinph

wowwinph does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years of age. We may request age verification documentation as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time. Accounts found to be registered by underage individuals will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on wowwinph. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in all accounts being closed and any balances voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. wowwinph is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate account information provided at registration or during account updates.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact wowwinph support immediately.

wowwinph uses SSL-encrypted connections and OTP-secured login to protect member accounts. These security features are active at all times, but account security also depends on members protecting their own credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on wowwinph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits can be made via the following methods available to Philippine members: online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals on the platform.

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method registered to your account. Before a withdrawal can be approved, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC). wowwinph processes withdrawals within the timeframes described in the platform FAQ. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

You may only withdraw funds that represent your own deposits and winnings. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as set out in the applicable promotion terms. Withdrawing funds that have not met the applicable wagering conditions may result in bonus funds being removed from the withdrawal amount.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed during the transaction process
• wowwinph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges
• Funds in your wowwinph balance are held separately and used only for gaming activity on the platform

5 Gaming Rules and Bet Settlement

All games and betting markets on wowwinph are governed by individual game rules and sports betting rules. By placing a bet or entering a game, you acknowledge that you have understood the applicable rules.

For sports betting, wowwinph reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: events that are postponed or cancelled, markets opened or settled in error, or any other circumstance where a fair market cannot be determined. Voided bet stakes are returned to your account balance in PHP.

wowwinph does not guarantee any outcome in any game or betting market. All gaming activity carries financial risk and no result is predetermined or guaranteed. Past results do not indicate future outcomes.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

wowwinph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed at the time the promotion is offered or activated. These Terms and Conditions apply generally; individual promotion terms apply specifically.

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.

wowwinph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotional offers are intended for genuine recreational players. wowwinph may exclude members from promotions or void bonus-related winnings if abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotional offer is detected.

7 Responsible Gaming

wowwinph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members. The platform provides tools that allow you to manage your gaming behaviour, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and we encourage you to use them proactively.

Members who wish to permanently close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons may contact our support team. Self-excluded accounts will not be reopened for a minimum period as agreed at the time of exclusion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on wowwinph and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account per individual
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access games or betting markets
• Colluding with other players or manipulating game outcomes
• Exploiting software errors or technical faults for financial gain
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment
• Any attempt to defraud wowwinph or other members

wowwinph monitors platform activity for unusual patterns and investigates any behaviour that may constitute a violation of these terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

wowwinph provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. wowwinph is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wowwinph's total liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of wowwinph that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures stated in these terms.
